La g\u00e9omembrane lisse en PEHD, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de g\u00e9omembrane en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute densit\u00e9, est un type de g\u00e9omembrane fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute densit\u00e9 (PEHD) de haute qualit\u00e9. Elle est produite \u00e0 l’aide d’une formulation sp\u00e9ciale de r\u00e9sine de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne vierge, de noir de carbone, d’antioxydants, d’agents anti-\u00e2ge et de composants de r\u00e9sistance aux UV. Ces additifs am\u00e9liorent la r\u00e9sistance de la g\u00e9omembrane aux rayons UV, la rendant adapt\u00e9e aux conditions expos\u00e9es.<\/p>

Les g\u00e9omembranes en PEHD sont reconnues pour leur durabilit\u00e9 et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 supporter des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, prolongeant ainsi leur dur\u00e9e de vie. Elles offrent une solution rentable pour les applications de confinement en raison de leur faible co\u00fbt, de leur excellente r\u00e9sistance chimique et de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance aux intemp\u00e9ries.<\/p>

The quality assurance program for finished products begins during the manufacturing process. Our manufacturing line is equipped with state of the art monitoring devices that provide feedback on the physical quality of the produced geomembrane.<\/p>

Our Production line is equipped with both a thickness gauge & spark testing devices.<\/p>

A – Thickness measurement<\/strong> : as the geomembrane is under production, thickness readings are taken continuously over the length and width of the roll. These data are used to establish the minimum, maximum average values for each roll and is verified by thickness testing upon sampling of the finished products.<\/p>

B – Spark testing <\/strong>: an electrical spark detector is in place on our Production line. This apparatus provides immediate notification of any discontinuities in the finished products. If a hole is detected, an alarm is triggered and the position is identified. Rolls containing holes are rejected from standard Product inventorie.<\/p>\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Smooth geomembrane products include High Density Polyethylene materials with 2-3% carbon black. The geomembrane consists of quality virgin resins designed and manufactured specifically for the purpose of this work, as satisfactorily demonstrated by extensive prior use.<\/p>

The geomembrane liner will be manufactured from first quality resins containing no plasticizers, fillers, recycled polymers, or extenders. Carbon black is normally added to provide ultraviolet resistance, and other additives to provide thermal stability.<\/p>

If a color other than black is specified then approved colour pigments and other ultraviolet inhibitors will be added in place of carbon black.<\/p>

A – Sampling :<\/strong> Geomembrane rolls are sampled for QA testing according to the frequencies specified on the data sheet. An approximate 30cm by roll width sample is cut for quality assurance testing. Test specimens are taken from five positions across the width of the roll. A retained or archive sample approximately A4(30cm x 30cm) is taken one of the five positions on an alternating basis from the laboratory \/ retained sample is labelled and kept for 3 years for future reference.<\/p>

B – Evaluation :<\/strong> \u00a0if the testing of geomembrane product does not \u00a0meet Sarl OGMminimum requirements and \/or customer specifications, then it will be generally rejected and only products that meets Sarl OGM minimum and\/or customer specification will be approved.<\/p>

C – Reporting :<\/strong> \u00a0Every roll of material has a quality assurance roll certificate. Sarl OGM has established strict specification testing procedures for all raw materials. Test results must fall within the acceptable limits of Sarl OGM & customer specifications.<\/p>

Our geomembrane produced using prime grade and virgin raw materials like natural resin, masterbatch & antioxidant, blended in appropriate ratios at the manufacturing stage.<\/p>

Black master batch protects the resin against UV degradation & the additive package protects against thermal & oxidative degradation both during the manufacturing process, whilst being stored and whilst in operation outdoors.<\/p>

Sarl OGM verifies the properties of each lot of raw material prior to its utilization.
